amazing location and friendly staff!

The location is fantastic. It is very close to bus stops. bugis center area and the subway are also nearby. i even got a room with a window. It was super comfortable for me and my friends!!!

The air conditioning worked VERY well. it maintained a consistent and cool temperature. the 24-hour reception was also handy. Staff always helped.

cramped roominconvenient bathroom
the room felt cramped, especially with luggage. there was hardly any space to move around. also, the bathroom setup was inconvenient. the shower lacked proper enclosure so water splashed everywhere after showering, i found it annoying.

The location have good access to sites. The staff are very friendly. A 7-Eleven store is next to the hotel. That is handy.
The air con wasn't consistent. The temperature kept going up and down. The bathroom is a wet room. There are hard beds in the room.
